• Collaborates with the quality assurance team to plan testing activities and helps regression test the systems


• Promotes tested and approved code through the environments


• Collaborates with members of the support team on issue resolution and performance tuning


• Provides emergency / off-hours outage and disaster recovery triage and support.  May be on-call from time to time.


• Monitors the maintenance and minor enhancement backlog queues and works to continually improve the software products


• Supports client and vendor integrations, acting as a technical liaison through the user acceptance phase

We're looking for a smart and talented individual to fill a role testing .NET applications. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Milyli, you will be working at a software startup that designs and develops applications for large businesses using some of the latest Microsoft technology. Engineers will be involved from the beginning of projects, understanding requirements and system design and translating these into test plans. The right candidate should be able to create and execute test plans and scripts, have experience creating and re-testing resolved defects, the desire to continue learning about all aspects of quality assurance and the motivation to get the job done.

Serving within the Web Communications Team, this position is responsible for handling the technical issues related to the production of new websites and the regular ongoing maintenance of existing websites within the Ektron Content Management System. Providing support for each of the Moody websites, including: Corporate, Education, Broadcasting, Publishing, Conferences, and Today in the Word.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web pages, folders, and navigation within the Ektron content management system


• Troubleshoot and provide client support for all Ektron-related issues not requiring support from internal and external technical support teams


• Create, manage and update Web forms


• Convert, upload, and manage videos for social media and website use


• Assist Web Designer and Content Specialist in technical aspects of design (coding, flash, etc.) as needed.
